雅安市雨城区农村就业状况调查 以南坝村、联坪村、青园坪、龙岗村为例 组长：林学10-1 铁烈华 成员：林学10-1 龙 华 林学10-1 殷 明 林学10-1 杨 菁 林学10-1 周光良 林学10-1 杜相也 摘要： 改革开放以来，随着我国经济建设的推进，农村劳动力大量输出，造成了农村土地的闲置。而且在空闲时间，剩余劳动力现象严重。 本文将针对雅安市雨城区农村（以南坝村、联坪村、青园坪、龙岗村为例）的就业情况，从在家务农和外出就职的年龄、性别、学历、就职行业、就职地点等方面的调查入手，了解农村就业情况对剩余劳动力、闲置土地的影响，并针对这一情况制定相应的解决措施。 关键字：雅安市 雨城区 农村就业 Abstract: Since the beginning of reform and opening up, with the advance of Chinas economic construction, a large number of the rural labor force output, resulting in a rural land idle. And, in their spare time, high incidence of surplus labor force. This article will address in yaan Yucheng district rural (Nan ba village, Lian ping village, Qing yuanping village,long gang village as an example) the employment situation, go out from home farm and working by age, sex, educational level, employment by industry, location and other aspects of the investigation approach, understand the impact of rural employment situation on labor, vacant land, and to develop appropriate solutions for this situation.
