零售业与第三物流范文
摘 要
加入WTO 之后,我国零售市场逐步放开,随之而来的是国际巨头的纷纷抢滩。开放的竞争环境不仅为大型零售业带来了先进的管理理念,也带来巨大的经营风险,而买方市场的逐步形成,使大型零售企业必然要朝着低成本、低利润、大作业量的趋势发展,通过第三方物流模式来提高企业的物流配送水平和顾客的满意度。尽管近年来大型零售企业对物流的认识不断深入,在实践中也越来越重视物流配送,从调查中我们可以感受到,大型零售业物流物流现状不容乐观,尤其零售企业对物流模式的选择方面还存在不少问题亟待改进。
如何迅速提高大型零售业的竞争力?企业经营管理者需要不失时机、准确无误地采取适应企业发展的管理模式,以期在满足变幻莫测的市场需求的同时,为企业在更大规模、更高层次上进行竞争创造条件。第三方物流模式作为一种先进的组织方式和管理技术,不失为大型零售业增强竞争力的可选途径。

ABSTRACT
After joining the WTO, Chinas retail market is gradually liberalized, with the attendant international giants have vied. Open competitive environment not only for large-scale retail sales advanced management concepts, but also bring tremendous business risks, and the gradual formation of a buyers market, so that large-scale retail enterprises will inevitably toward low-cost, low-margin, large volume of work trends in development and through third-party logistics business model to enhance the level of logistics and distribution and customer satisfaction. Although in recent years the large-scale retail enterprises continued to deepen understanding of the logistics, in practice also increasing emphasis on logistics and distribution, from the survey, we can feel that large-scale retail centers status quo is not optimistic, particularly in the logistics business model also the choice of there are many issues that must be improved.
How to rapidly improve the competitiveness of the large-scale retail trade? Enterprise managers need timely, accurate adaptation to the development of management style, with a view to meet the unpredictable demands of the market for the enterprise in a more large-scale, a higher level and create conditions for competition. TPL advanced as a model organization and management techniques, after all, enhance the competitiveness of large-scale retail optional channels.
