摘 摘 要 铁路客车空调机组通风机是空调机组中重要的部件之一，也是检 修过程中重要的检修对象。铁路车辆段通风机检修主要有检修(修理) 和检测(试验)两项内容。目前，缺乏有效的检修装置和合适的性能 检测装置。依据铁路车辆的检修实际，着重讨论了一种新型通风机检 修装置的设计及其计算分析，提出了一套兼容多种轴径通风机拆卸的 柔性方案，较好的解决了现场离心通风机的检修难题。通过对通风机 试验标准的研究，结合车辆段检修的要求，提出了一种兼容轴流风机 和离心风机的试验的一体化试验方案，即轴流风机为迸风风管式试验 系统，离心风机为出风风管式试验。这种一体化系统既减少了设备数 量又减少了占地，更方便了使用。设计的孔板流量测量机构，较好的 解决了风量测量的问题。在测量系统工况控制上，设计了模糊控制系 统，使风量、风压等控制的品质大大提高。基于Windows系统和VB6．0 平台开发了测试软件。研究工作解决了车辆段通风机检修试验的相关 技术问题，对提升车辆的通风机检修技术水平具有重要意义。 关键词 铁道客车空调； 通风机； 检修； 检测； 模糊控制 AbstractThe Abstract The faning machine is all important equipment in the air-conditioning system of the railway passenger car．In order to make sure the safety operation of the air—conditioning system，the faning machine must be inspected frequently．There are two main methods for the inspection of faning machine．One is repairment，another is measurement．B ut presently,these two machines are also shortage in our country．Based on practices of the air-conditioning system and pratical calculation．A set of flexibility disassembling device which can be applied for variety faning machine with different diameters of axle．This disassembling device makes the inspection of the farting machine on field engineering more easily．After studying the standard inspection paper for faning machine，an integral assay programme which can be used for both axial flow faning and centrifugal fatting is also introduced．That is axial flow faning will be inspected in the air-intake wind-pipe programming system and the centrifugal faning will be inspection in the air-outtake wind—pipe programming system．This integral programme system not only reduces device and the floor area，but also makes the whole inspection easy for operators．The using of orifice meter in this programme makes the flow measurement convenience．This programme system adopts fuzzy control system which largely increases the control—quality of input—air and wind pressure．The software—control Ⅱ system system for this assay programme system is based on the Wind
