Until the 1980s, china began to appear credit agencies, there are only few big-sized credit evaluation institutions now, but small and medium-sized enterprises in china there is a big scale, many of the quantity, and credit evaluation institutions development cannot satisfy the needs of the development of them. This article is based on the present credit evolution technique of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, it is commonly used method of credit assessment study and, combined with the small and medium-sized enterprises, our credit evaluation of the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises made some suggestions.
