The issue of RMB internationalization has become a hot research topic . At present, the internationalization of the RMB has entered the primary stage.There are also many problems,so China need to draw on the advantage and avoid disadvantage for taking the road of internationalization of RMB in better way. China has formed a regionalization in the southeast Asia circle,and continue to insist on the three steps to walk strategy to the internationalization, but there are still many obstacles to overcome. How to choose the right path is still a crucial point. My paper try to point out the reasonable way for international of RMB by analyzing the condition and background of international of RMB, and combing with the advantage and disadvantage of the international of RMB.
