. .. 基于Freescale MCU的USB接口的硬件实现 【摘要】 随着电脑外设和数码产品的不断发展，各种设备之间的接口和互连成为当前开发各类数码电子产品非常重要的问题。通用串行总线(USB)支持即插即用和热插拔等特性，传输速率较高且价格低廉，因而逐渐成为PC外围设备的接口标准，并在各种数码产品中得到了广泛的应用，在通讯和工业控制领域也有着美好的应用前景。但目前开发的USB设备多集中在鼠标、键盘等少数几类设备上，诸如USB 手写板等设备就是在国外也很少见。国内近年来计算机非键盘输入技术发展很快，在汉字、英文和数字的手写识别方面已有相当基础。 本文的目的，就是采用USB接口硬件和Freescale微控制器的先进技术与上海景格汽车科技有限公司的软件技术相结合，设计生产出自己的新一代USB接口系统。由于驱动程序已由公司自行编写好了，故本文主要是USB接口的硬件设计。其方案是以Freescale 微控制器（MCU）中具有USB模块的MC68HC05JB4的芯片为例，进行USB接口设计实现，重点论述了MC68HC05JB4芯片、USB总线协议以及USB接口的硬件的设计与实现方法。 此USB接口系统，采用“汉王”公司的传感器获得输入信息，传给微控制器MC68HC05JB4，经过整理后通过USB总线发送到PC，再由编写好驱动程序接收，最终转给“汉王”公司的文字识别软件识别。 【关键词】MCU USB接口 总线协议 调试 【Abstract】Along with the continuous development of computer peripherals and digital products, the interface and interconnection among various devices become the most important issue in the development of digital electronic products. USB, which supports the plug and play and hot swap and has a high transfer rate and low price, gradually becomes the interface standard for PC peripherals, and has been widely applied in various digital products. Also, USB has a bright prospect in the communication and industry control fields. However, the USB products available on the market mostly focus on a small range of devices such as the mouse and keyboard, and the writing board with USB is seldom sold on the oversea market. The input technique not based on the keyboard is developed rapid in China, and has establishes the foundation in the aspect of distinguishing the handwritten characters, letters, and numbers. The objective of this essay is directed to combine the USB interface hardware and the superior technique of FREESCALE microcontroller with the software of Shanghai Jingge Auto Technology Co.,Ltd. to design and produce a new generation USB interface system. Since the driver has been programmed by the company, and only the design of hardware of the USB interface is presented here.
