Construction project is a common social systems engineering, its pros and cons has a direct impact on the quality of national economic construction. The quality control of Construction project is throughout the whole process of project implementation. Only to ensure the project quality to reach the relevant acceptance criteria, can the emergences of jerry-built projects be prevented, and the country and the peoples property and the reputations of the enterprises be ensured. Similarly, the level of project quality management does not only affect the economic interests and competitiveness of the enterprises, but also reflect spiritual civilization building of them. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and technology, and is used to manage project-oriented activities to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and demands. Project management is a set of principles and routines for the effective management of its project-oriented work. Therefore, the construction quality management is particularly important. Based on Xingxiangjiayuan construction engineering projects for example,this paper introduces the basic theory of project quality management and the general process of quality control are analyzed .
