Cells growth curve was typical “S ” shape.EPCs proliferation activity was rapid from 5to 11 days. Cell growth into the platform period after 13days. Cell growth curve was typical “S”shape. The attached cells were positively stained for CD34 、VEGF 、vWF 、CD133 and change dynamically. MTT show that 5mmol/l 3-MA promote proliferation of endothelial progenitor cells with the control group was statistically significant. 2.The EPCs derived from the rat bone marrow were successfully islated in vitro ．The immunohistochemical of vWF show that capillary density in the intervention group is significantly higher than the other three groups;Capillary density of the EPCs transplantatio group was higher than group A and group C; there were no difference between group A and C; RT-PCR show that the mRNA of VEGF,bFGF,MCP-1,and Ang-1were significantly increased in group D than other three group.
