Lesson 22 学案(1) 语法：如何用if / whether转述一般疑问句 如果直接引语是一般疑问句，转换为间接引语时要用连词if / whether作为引导词，而且不能省略。例如： Will you stay at home for your holiday? My teacher asked me. →My teacher asked me if / whether I would stay at home for my holiday. 与转述问题的宾语从句一样，直接引语为一般疑问句转换为间接引语时也要改为陈述句语序；如果主句是表示过去的某一时态，直接引语的时态在改为间接引语时也要转换为其相应的过去时态，但是如果直接引语是讲述的客观真理或陈述一种反复出现以及习惯性动作时，间接引语的时态不变（仍用一般现在时）。除此之外，人称代词、指示代词、时间状语和方向性动词等也要作相应的变化。例如： He said, Is it your turn now? →He said if / whether it was my turn then. She said, Will you come here this afternoon? →She said if / whether I would go there that afternoon. The student asked the teacher, Does the earth go round the sun or not? →The student asked the teacher whether the earth goes round the sun or not. 注意：如果转述选择疑问句，通常只能用whether作引导词而不用if。 练习1：选择最佳答案填空 1.
