摘要 工程项目的建设关系到国家的发展和社会的进步，其中住宅建设工程项目更是和人民的生活密切相关，住宅建设工程项目的质量更是人民尤为关心的重点内容，直接关系到人民的生命财产安全，要想保证其工程质量就必须加强工程项目的质量管理，而施工阶段是工程项目质量的形成阶段，我们只有从根本上入手，加强施工阶段的质量管理，才能不断提高住宅建筑的施工质量水平，从而使工程项目的质量有一定的保障。 本文以沈阳市沈河区嘉禾小镇住宅建设工程施工阶段的质量管理为研究对象进行了具体的分析和研究，主要是发现在施工过程中存在的质量管理的问题，通过查找相关资料并结合实际情况分析影响工程质量的因素以及导致该问题的原因，然后针对问题提出更为完善的施工管理改进措施和保证体系，从而保证工程质量。 关键词：住宅建筑 施工阶段 质量管理 改进措施 Abstract Construction projects related to the countrys development and social progress. Building project is more closely related to the life of the people. People particularly concern about the quality of building project. It’s the key elements directly related to the lives and property of the people, in order to ensure the quality must strength the quality management. The construction phase is the formation stage of the project quality. We have to strength quality management from the root. In order to continuously improve the level of quality of construction of building project, we have to improve the level of quality management of the construction phase. The main contents of this thesis is the construction quality management research of the Jia He Xiao Zhen in Shen Yang building project. On this basis, we can analysis and improve construction quality. Its main work is to find the problem in quality management of the construction process and realize what causes this problem occurs by analyzing the related information and the actual situation. Finally, we have to solve the problem. We should make some improve measures and good assurance system to ensure project quality.
