花卉物流配送中心选址研究——以合肥中部花木城为例 摘要 苗木花卉是美化人居环境、完善生态功能的重要物质载体，与全面建设生态 社会关系密切。现如今，影响花卉产业发展的主要瓶颈存在于流通领域。花卉物 流配送效率低、成木高是其主要的问题所在。合肥市花卉物流与其他省市和国外 相比，远远不能满足花卉产业的发展，口没有一家形成规模的花卉物流公司进行 专业化的配送。因此，科学合理的花卉物流配送屮心选址是促进花卉产业快速发 展的重要环节。 本文通过查询资料了解了配送中心研究的现状，确定了研究的思路和主要问 题，然后介绍了配送屮心的概念、选址的口标等基木问题，并在基础调研了解合 肥市中部花木城目前现状和基本因素的基础上，运用重心法模型和算法，通过定 量和定型分析相结合，最终确定了配送屮心选址的最优地点。 关键词：配送中心;花卉；重心法；选址 Flower Logistics Distribution Center - A Case Study of Hefei in central landscaped city Abstract Flower seedlings is important landscaping material carriers living environment, improve ecological functions, and building a society closely ecology.
