林業研究報告 26(4):75～80,2004 75 論 述 紙品在休閒事業上之應用 1 2 3 ４ 郭蘭生 鄭殷立 張文娟 陳信泰 【摘要】紙品在休閒事業上之應用視紙力、抗水性、抗透氣性、抗油性及衛生紙類之柔軟度而用 途迴異。食品包裝紙類之紙纖維之高拉力／耐折力為共同特性，雖然紙力可藉抄紙成形時之纖維 交織加以控制，但其抗水性及乾／濕強性尚須藉化學葯品之添加方為功。這些化學添加物可賦予 紙張平滑度、印墨吸收性，外觀性及抗水性等功能。藉著塗佈技術提升紙之印刷適性及改善紙之 表面平滑度可用於休閒業之包裝及廣告用途。塗佈紙及一般白紙可裝筷子。手感衛生紙之柔軟 度、白度及吸水性為衛生紙類之重要性質。抗水蒸氣性如同紙力為速食店慣用之紙便當盒(或食品 盒)之主要性質。具抗水及抗油性之羊皮紙用在蒸包子之襯墊用途。具感壓性之非碳複寫紙可用在 餐飲旅館業及票房開立複寫式收據之用途。 【關鍵字】紙品、休閒、抗水性、抗油性、紙力 Review The Application of Paper Products to the Leisure Industry Lan-sheng Kuo1 Yin-li Cheng2 Wen-juen Chang3 Hsin-tai Chen4 【Abstract 】The utilization of paper in leisure industry depends on the strength, water resistance, air resistance and grease resistance, softness of paper products. High tensile, fold endurance and water/grease resistance of paper fibers can be used as food packaging materials. Although interfiber bonding can be controlled through paper formation, much effort has gone into the use of sizing agents and wet /dry strength agents that can contribute water and grease resistance. Many additives have been used as components of paper for reaching special function such as: smoothness, ink absorption, appearance and water resistance etc. Good printability and highly smoothed paper can be made by coating process for packaging and poster usage. Chopstick package paper usually is made of coated paper and wood-free paper. Softness of tissue, towel and napkin can be measured by¡§hand feel¡¨to rank papers.
