一种快速检测阪崎肠杆菌的新方法——免疫磁性分离荧光标记

摘 要：阪崎肠杆菌是肠杆菌科的一种，是人和动物肠道内寄生的一种革兰氏阴性无芽胞杆菌。我国于
2005 年 8 月批准了阪崎肠杆菌检测的行业标准，此标准改进了美国 FDA 的推荐方法。本文论述了一种
基于免疫磁珠磁性分离、免疫量子点荧光标记联合应用的检测方法，本方法可灵敏、快速、高特异性的
检出乳制品中的阪崎肠杆菌。

Abstract: Enterobacter sakazakii (E. sakazakii) is a member of the genus Enterobacter in the family of Enterobacteriaceae, which
is a kind of gram-negative and non-spore bacillus parasitism in intestines of human or animal. Our country has our own detection
in Aug. 2005, which improved FDA’s classic method. In this paper, we introduce a new kind of joint detection by using
immunomagnetic beads and Immuno QDS detection, which can high sensitive, specific and rapid test the Enterobacter sakazakii
in dairy products.
