No . 120) 中国经济体制改革以来 省际人口迁移区域模式及其变化① 王桂新 (华东师范大学人口研究所 ,上海 200062) 摘要 :本文主要根据人口迁移选择指数 ,系统考察了中国经济体制改革以来省际人 口迁移的区域 模式及其变化趋势 。发现经济体制改革以来 , 中国省际人 口迁移的“单向梯度东移”模式 , 已开始 出现东强西弱非对称“双向”迁移的变化 ;在人 口迁移流向继续主要向东部地带“集中”的同时 ,迁 移吸引中心也正发生着量的不断扩大的“多极化”和质的持续提高的“强势化”; 已逐步形成对塑造 中国省际人口迁移区域模式具有重要影响的北京 、上海两大全国级强势吸引中心和广东 、新疆两 大地区级强势吸引中心 。 关键词 :迁移选择指数 ;省际人口迁移 ; 区域模式 。 中图分类号 : C922 　　文献标识码 :A 　　文章编号 :1000 - 4 149 (2000) 03 - 0008 - 09 The Regional Model of Interprovincial Migration and Its Changes since China ’s Economic Ref orm WAN G Guixin ( Population Institute of East China Normal University ,Shanghai ,200062) Abstract : By comprehensive studies on t he regional model of interprovincial migration and it s changing tendency since China ’s economic reform based on migration choice index ,t his article describes t he changes in China ’s inter provincial migration model from gradient easternward oneway migration to stronger easternward and weaker west ernward twoway migration . At continuing of migration towards eastern China ,t he migrationattracting centers have also quantitatively exp ansion and qualitatively up grading. Two national centers ,Beijing and Shanghai ,and two re gional centers , Guangdong and Xinjiang have taken shap e ,making a notable imp act on China ’s interprovincial mi gration model .
