中国循环杂志 2014 年 3 月 第 29 卷 第 3 期（总第 189 期）Chinese Circulation Journal，March，2014，Vol. 29 No.3（Serial No.189） 201 临床研究 代谢综合征患者人软骨糖蛋白 -3 浓度变化及与危险因素个数的关系 陈迪芳，林金秀 摘要 目的：探讨代谢综合征患者血清人软骨糖蛋白 -3（YKL-40） 浓度的变化及与危险因素的关系。 方法：代谢综合征患者 40 例作为代谢综合征组、非代谢综合征患者 73 例作为非代谢综合征组、健康体检者 23 例作为正常对照组，酶联免疫吸附测定法测定血清 YKL-40 浓度。 结 果： 代 谢 综 合 征 组 血 清 YKL-40 浓 度 显 著 高 于 非 代 谢 综 合 征 组 和 正 常 对 照 组 [（94.51±35.80）ng/ml （51.77±14.41） ng/ml （31.30±14.61）ng/ml, P 0.01]；血清 YKL-40 浓度与代谢综合征危险因素个数呈正相关（r =0.646， P 0.01），每增加一个危险因素，YKL-40 增加 15.02 ng/ml。多因素回归分析显示，YKL-40 与空腹血糖、体重指数呈 明显正相关。 结论： 代谢综合征患者血清 YKL-40 浓度显著增高，危险因素越多，YKL-40 浓度越高。 关键词 代谢综合征；人软骨糖蛋白 -3； 慢性亚临床炎症 Relationship Between Serum Level of YKL-40 and the Risk Factors in Patients With Metabolic Syndrome CHEN Di-fang, LIN Jin-xiu. Methods: Our research included 3 groups, MS group, n =40 patietns, Non-MS group, n =73 patients and Control group, n =23 healthy subjects from regular physical examination. The serum levels of YKL-40 were examined by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay in all subjects and compared among 3 groups.
