AbstractWith Abstract With the development of technology and economy,and the formation of intemational intormation network and market，manufacturing is encountering more and more intense competition．The advanced technology and diversified product requirement require that producers reduce delivery time，improve product quality,cut down cost and provide better service·Enterprises could constitute effective Supply Chain Alliance(SCA)to improve their operating efficiency greatly．The research of SCA helps enterprises build healthy collaboration be咖them，and to make the members of SCA survive，develop and enlarge their advantages．The advanced research of SCA would also help enterprises allV wim others effectively,and after alliance，aid dynamic alliance in operating well and in disjointing smoothly；it helps members of SCA manage themselves well and adjust product plan easily． Therefore，competition is not between enterprises，but between SCAs。The contribution of SCA is to enhance collaboration between corporations and to improve the total management level for corporations． At first，this paper generalizes the current research and principle theories about agent， multi。agent and SCA，and then puts forward a group．based framework for SCA．This framework is compared with the other ones of SCA．The paper explains the components of this framework in detail，and furthermore，analyzes its characteristic and its advantages． Secondly,the paper studies the problem of how to judge the reliability of members who constitute SCA．The paper constructs a model to judge their reliability on the basis of the technique：Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines．Moreover，the paper verifies the validity of the model by case data．The model is constructed to find those best candidates．who will join the SCA smaller than a given size，and thus to improve the stability and security of SCA． and reduce the transaction cost Finally,the paper illuminates how to construct dynamic supply chain within SCA．Here the paper c
