In this paper the new situations and tasks faced by the urban wetland resources protection of China are analyzed in-depth, and some guiding proposals on the comprehensively strengthening of urban wetland resources protection are put forward: first, to perfect the laws and regulations and standards system on urban wetland resources protection; second, to scientifically implement the urban wetland protection and restoration projects; third, to strengthen the standardized construction management of urban wetland parks; fourth, to establish the dynamic supervision information of urban wetland resources;
