Then ask: Do you like basketball? / volleyball? Do you want to play basketball? Show learning aims. Show Task 1.Vocabulary. Ask the students to look at the pictures. Teach the new words. Write down sing, dance, swim, play chess, paint, speak English, and play the guitar on the blackboard. Ask the students to read after the teacher. Then play a game to help the students to remember them. Show Task 2. Look at the pictures on Page 1.1a. Point to the activities the people in each club are doing. Listen and sing. Answer the questions. Read and remember them. Follow the teacher and learn the new words.
