Correspondent: YI Ping-tao, E-mail: y ipingtao @ 163. com) Abstract: Aiming at the complexity and dynamics of comprehensi e e aluation, a kind of whole e aluation model named DMRCN w as put forw ard, i. e. , an integration in sequence of data set method set result set combination e aluation neural netw ork. T hen, based on the DM RCN, an integrated intelligent e aluation decision-making support system ( IIEDSS) w as de eloped showing the characteristics of integration, intelligence and uni ersality. The joint application of combination e aluation w ith artificial neural netw ork features the IIEDSS, thus impro ing the reliability of e aluation results and utilization efficiency of knowledge storage. The system de eloped is pow erful in extensibility and ow ns framework to sol e complex e aluation problems. For instance, the system has successfully been applied to the performance e aluation for go ernmental leaders to examine them .
