出口退税对我国机电产业的影响 内容 摘 要 出口退税自实行以来对于调整我国的出口起到了很大的作用， 特别是对我国机电产业的发展有着重要影响。我国的改革开放和经 济发展促使出口退税政策进行了多次的调整，出口退税政策的不断 完善对我国的出口产品也有促进作用，实际上出口退税政策也是随 着国家的经济发展不断的完善和规范。而机电产业作为我国的主导 产业，近年来的出口增长速度也非常快速，已经连续8 年成为我国 的大宗出口产品，在我国外贸出口中的地位举足轻重，机电产业出 口的持续、稳定、快速增长为全国外贸出口增长和国民经济健康发 展做出了重要贡献。机电产业产品出口的快速增长不仅得益于大量 国外跨国公司机电生产企业向中国市场的转移，更与我国“科技兴 贸”政策的实施、国家对机电相关产业在贷款、保险、出口退税等 方面的鼓励与扶持政策密不可分。本文着重研究出口退税政策对我 国机电产业的影响。 关键词：出口退税、机电产品、产业结构 I The impact on Chinas export tax rebates and Electrical Industry ABSTRACT Since the adjustment of the export tax rebate has been in a very significant role in Chinas export Kai. especially in terms of Chinas mechanical and electrical products are inextricably linked.
