Abstract :It is introduced that nickel － base alloy double hot wire TIG cladding procedure on tubesheet of
steam generator． Those aspects are discussed basically from principle of double hot wire TIG cladding ，
choosing of cladding consumables and cladding parameters etc． Cladding test ，procedure qualification ，
prequalification and product application for nickel base alloy double hot wire TIG cladding are described
briefly． It is successful that application of nickel base alloy double hot wire TIG cladding procedure on
tubesheet of steam generators．
