Currently, in order to promote the further development of the national economy, infrastructure funds for about four trillion yuan, so in this case, the construction will enter a new stage of development, government regulation in this area will face huge challenge. How to deal with this challenge is one of the important tasks the current government, and regulatory changes in the quality of construction projects in government functions and strengthen institutional innovation is an important way to solve the problem, but also the inherent requirements of sustainable economic development.
