江苏省高校网球运动开展的现状分析及对策研究-体育教育训练学专业论文.docxVIP

摘 摘 要 通过对相关领域文献的整理分析，在借鉴前人相关研究的基础上，结合封闭式问卷和访 谈专家的结果，研究者根据问卷设计的原则及要求自编了《江苏省高校网球运动现状分析及 对策研究的教师问卷》以及《江苏省高校网球运动现状分析及对策研究的学生问卷》。研究 根据江苏苏南、苏中、苏北的地域筹别选取了南通人学、江南人学、苏州人学、河海大学、 南京师范大学、三江学院、淮海jI：学院、中国矿业大学、徐州师范人学等9所院校的部分学 生和老师为此次调查的对象，根据教育部办公厅印发的关于《普通高等学校本科教学工作水 平评估方案(试行)》及教育部印发的《关于进一步加强高等学校本科教学工作的若干意见》 等为理论依据，综合分析了江苏省高校网球运动开展的现状及其开展过程中存在的问题，并 给出可行的对策建议。 经过数理统计和分析得出如下的结论： 1、江苏省高校网球运动开展过程中的硬件情况令人堪忧； 2、江苏省高校网球运动开展的软件情况还存在很多不足之处； 3、江苏省高校网球运动在大学生余暇体育中开展的情况存在很多的局限性； 4、网球运动丰富了江苏省高校校园文化的内涵，完善了校园文化的功能； 5、网球运动终身体育意识正在深入江苏省高校大学生体育观念之中； 相关的建议为： l、学校相关部门提供更多经费建设网球场地设施 2、加大网球课程开发力度 3、加强网球运动师资力量，做好培养和引进网球运动人才的工作 4、加大网球运动的宣传力度，进行网络宣传和教育 5、加强网球俱乐部(或协会)的组织管理 6、建立健全高校网球竞赛的管理体制 7、加强高校网球专业队的建设 8、加强课余网球运动的开展，培养网球终身体育意识 关键词：江苏省高校；网球运动；现状调查；对策； abstractAccording abstract According to the analysis of related literatures of this field，writer made two questionnaires． A Questionnaire about Teachers’current Analysis of Jiang Su College Tennis and Strategy Research and A Questionnaire about Students’currency Analysis and Strategy Research of Jiang Su College Tennis．These two questionnaires which based the relate theories used by predecessors combined with the result of experts and close Questionnaire．The research selected part students and teachers of nine colleges the objects for investigation，such as：Nan Tong University，Jiang Nan University，Su Zbou University，He Hai University；Nanjing Nomal University；San Jiang College，Huai Hal Technical，China Mining University，Xu Zhou Normal University．The investigation which is conducted the theoretical basis of{The Assessment programme about teaching level of Undergraduate Course in General Institutions of Higher Learning and(Several Suggestions of further strengthen teaching Regular Undergraduate Course》printed by the Ministry of Educator,Analysis the current situations and exist problem of the development in Jiang Su College Tennis．Finally，the writer pointed out some practicable implications Conclusions： 1 The hardware in the of tennis in Jiang Su College makes fe
