实用标准 精彩文档 实用标准 精彩文档 内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 精彩文档 热电厂锅炉的温度控制系统 摘 要 本文是针对锅炉过热蒸汽温度控制系统进行的分析和设计， 而在锅炉主汽温度控制系统中，也有越来越多的方法可以实现生产控制，这里需要对过热器的出口蒸汽温度进行检测，当温度不在控制范围内时就通过对减温器阀门的控制，利用PLC设计锅炉主汽温度控制系统，并加以组态，仿真，实现对汽包主蒸汽温度的控制，以产生合格的产品。本设计采用串级控制系统，这样可以极大地消除控制系统工作中的各种干扰因素，使系统能在一个较为良好的状态下工作，同时使锅炉过热器出口蒸汽温度在允许的范围内变化，并保护过热器管壁温度不超过允许的工作温度。在本设计用到的串级控制系统中，主对象为送入负荷设备的出口温度，副对象为减温器和过热器之间的蒸汽温度。通过控制减温水的流量来实现控制过热蒸汽温度的目的。 关键词：温度控制；PLC；组态；仿真； The temperature of the thermal power plant boiler control system Abstract This article is an analysis and design of temperature control system of superheated steam in boiler. And in the main steam’s temperature control system, there are an increasing number of ways to control the production. Here a detection for the superheater outlet steam temperature is needed. When temperature is not in the control range, we need to control the valve of desuperheater ,the main steam temperature control system of a boiler using PLC , together with the configuration, simulation, to achieve the main steam temperature control of the drum to produce qualified products. This design uses a cascade control system, which can greatly eliminate a variety of confounding factors in the control system operation , so that the system can work in a relatively good working state, while the steam temperature of boiler superheater outlet is within the allowable range, and to protect the superheater tube wall temperature does not exceed the allowable operating temperature. In the cascade control system of this design, the main object is the outlet temperature of the load equipment, vice object is the temperature of the steam between desuperheater and superheater .By controlling the flow of HYPERLINK app:ds:desuperheatingdesuperheating HYPERLINK app:ds:waterwater to control the superheated steam temperature.
