舒必利用于胃内胆汁反流伴消化不良疗效观察 王绪刚 （徐州市邳州市铁富中心医院 消化科，江苏 徐州 221300） 【摘要】目的：探讨舒必利用于胃内胆汁反流伴消化不良症状患者治疗中的临床效果。方法：选取2014年6月至2016年6月入院就诊的60例胃内胆汁反流伴消化不良症状患者为研究对象，将其随机分为2组，每组30例。观察组采用舒必利进行治疗，对照组采用兰索拉唑胶囊治疗，比较2组的临床疗效。结果：观察组消化不良症状有明显改善，不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，治疗精神状态也明显好于对照组；观察组治疗满意率为83.33%，明显高于对照组的66.67%（P＜0.05）。结论：舒必利能减轻在夜间发生胃内胆汁反流患者引发消化不良的症状，减少和避免糜烂性食管炎症患者发生胃内胆汁反流事件，还能缓解患者精神紧张和心理压力，安全系数较高，值得临床推广。 【关键词】舒必利；胃内胆汁反流；消化不良；疗效 【中图分类号】R573.3+4【文献标识码】A DOI:10.11851/j.issn.1673-1557.2017.04.0 Therapeutic effect of sulpiride on gastro bile reflux complicated with dyspepsia WANG Xugang (Tiefu Central Hospital of Pizhou, Xuzhou, Jiangsu 221300 【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of sulpiride in gastro bile reflux with dyspepsia. Methods: From June 2014 to June 2016, 60 patients with gastric bile reflux accompanied by dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with sulpiride while the control group was treated with lansoprazole capsules. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: In the observation group, dyspeptic symptoms were obviously improved, the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly lower and the mental state was significantly better than those in the control group; patients’ satisfactory rate in treatment group was 83.33%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.67%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Sulpiride can relieve indigestion symptoms caused by gastro bile reflux at night, reduce and avoid gastric bile reflux in patients with esophageal inflammation，and alleviate patients’ mental tension and psychological pressure. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion. 【Keywords】sulpiride; gastric bile reflux; dyspepsia; therapeutic effect 胃内胆汁反流的大多数患者伴有上腹持续性烧灼痛症状，也是引起消化不良的因素之一。餐后感觉疼痛加重，即使服用药物也不能缓解，部分患者会出现疼痛感加剧现象，少数患者感觉到胸骨后痛，还有胃部不消化之感，胃内胆汁反流的主要临床症状是胆汁性的呕吐[1]。因为胃部排空引发部分功能障碍，患者会在晚上或者凌晨发生呕吐，而且呕吐物中可能伴有食物。胃内胆汁反流偶尔会伴有少量胃出血，胃内胆汁反流患者往往因为害怕症状加重而减少进食量，容易产生贫血、消瘦、营养不良以及腹泻等并发症[2]。目前还没有
