Clinical observation of Jiedu Sanjie Heji decoction in combination with CHOP chemotherapy for non-Hodgkins lymphoma Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the Jiedu Sanjie Heji decoction combined with CHOP chemotherapy in the treatment of non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Methods: 60 patients of non-Hodgkins lymphoma by random principle is divided into treatment group 30 cases ，30 cases of the control group. The control group was treated with conventional CHOP chemotherapy regimens. The treatment group was treated with oral Jiedu Sanjie Heji decoction combined with CHOP chemotherapy regimen. 21 days for one treatment course. The clinical effects were evaluated after 2 treatment courses. The examinations in each treatment course include blood routine，liver function，renal function and electrocardiogram. These examinations were examined as safety observation index . Each of the two treatment course CT or/and B-ultrasound，LDH and bone marrow aspiration were examined to observe the lesions and bone marrow is invaded，and used as the basis for evaluation of clinical emcacy. Results: In two groups after the treatment can reduce the mass，the treatment group total effective rate was 96.67%， compared to the control group in the total efficiency was 76.67%， P＜0.05 between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant ， description of the treatment group and control group after treatment equivalent clinical efficacy. 7 cases of the control group appear disease progression ， and only 1 case has shown in the treatment group.WBC ， after treatment of the digestive system toxicity in two groups after treatment have statistically significant (P 0.05). Hb,LDH,PLT,ALT,AST,Cr,BUN and toxic responses of the two groups after treatment have no significant differences （P0.05）.
