————_————————_————————_——_—————_——————————————————一 ————_————————_————————_——_—————_——————————————————一．堕堕壅塑查茎壁曼塞竺丝!丝一一 堑要 摘 要 f居住小区道路空间作为居民日常生活的重要组成部分．素有“公 共起居室”之称，是引发居民交往与活动的重要场所。然而现行 居住小区道路空间功能单一，形式简化，并因住区规模、交通方 式等影响而与居民的生活相去甚远，道路空间在居住小区中远远 没有发挥其所有能尽的作用。所以，胞们提出“可居性”概念， 就是通过建立一种多适、多意的道路空间，打破以往道路空间单 一的交通功能，从而引发居民在道路上的活动与交往，让具有丰 富层次和内容的道路空间与居民多样化、多元化的生活形成一种 互动与对应，从丽迸一步建立居民对住区的认同。／我们从居住小 区道路空间可居性入手，所谓可居，就是要求道路空间能够引发 居民的活动和交往，而居民在道路上的活动分为三种一～必要性 活动、自发性活动和社会性活动，其中必要性活动主要表现为交 通功能，自发性活动和社会性活动则涵盖了居民所有的交往与活 动。以这三种活动作为建立居住小区道路空间可居性的依据。然 后。厂我们分别从整体控制、细部生成及道路意象与居民活动的互 动来改善道路的单一和简化，提高其可居性。／这样，通过对道路 空间宏观上道路网络的形成、规模的确定、交通方式的选择和细 节上场所的创造、尺度的调节、原风景元素的运用，以及通过提 升道路形象来形成道路意象与居民活动的互动，从而建立一种可 居的居住小区道路空间。糯后，介绍和分析了几个图外成功的住 区空间可居性规划理念和国内的设计实践，并期待随着小区的发 展，在将来作更深入的研究。 关键词：居住小区：道路空间；匐船。危钸。穆必 AbstractHaving Abstract Having been called as“the public living·room”．the road space in residential quarter is not only an important constitute in residential living but also an important place where the intercouse and activity between residents can be inspired．Due to the simpleness of function and form．as well as the influnce of residential seale and transport mode，the road space of residential quarter is faf from its aim to serve resident living．So we bring forth a conception that is the living function．In order to identify residents with their residential quarter，it needs to correspond the abundant content of road space with the djVersification of residents living．There are three types of residents activities in road space．The essential activity is mainly about tr8nsportation．And the other residents activities are included by the initial activity and the social activity．The living function of road space in residential quarter is just based on these three activities．And then，to improve the living function of road space and amend simpleness of function and form，we must analyse road space from these aspects，such as whole control，detail design and the
