居住空间分异实证分析与策略研究-城乡规划学专业论文.docx

摘 要 本文以现阶段城市快速发展为背景，新型城镇化与京津冀城市一体化的提出，加 速了天津地区的经济发展脚步。在市场经济高度发达的制度和土地使用政策下，应从 多角度观察居住空间的分异现象，更深层次的对其进行分析，平衡城市空间发展，完 善城市整体功能，促进社会可持续发展。 论文首先明确了居住分异及相关理论，回顾了近现代国内外城市居住空间的发展， 了解了居住空间分异的理论研究进展，并总结分析出居住空间分异的主要影响因素。 随后详细叙述了天津城市居住空间发展过程，总结不同时期天津居住空间的形态特点。 之后是本文的重点，以天津典型居住片区的调查为基础,对重点片区进行社会调研， 同时根据居住分异的相关理论，从规划角度对从社会经济因素、家庭生命周期和居民 空间偏好三个方面来进行分析研究，发现天津的城市居住空间分异现象产生的原因以 及分布的规律。把天津居住空间分为不同类型，描述其特征，从宏观微观两方面对天 津居住空间分异现象提出改善策略，保持原有优势，改善不足。最终的目的都是为了 改善城市居民的居住条件与环境质量，完善居住区周边的城市公共服务设施及公共交 通设施的配置，避免居住空间隔离的产生，增加邻里之间的交流，物质环境与社区文 化并重，创造出和谐多样的交往空间，进而维护社会稳定，强调居住空间的综合服务 功能，促进城市可持续发展。 关键字：居住空间分异 天津市居住空间 混合居住 ABSTRACT In this paper, with the present stage city rapid development as the background, the new urbanization and the integration of the “Beijing Tianjin Hebei ” have accelerated the pace of economic development of Tianjin area. In the highly developed market economy system and land’s policy, we should be observed from multi-angles of residential space differentiation, analysis of it deeper, balance the city space development, improve the whole function of city, promote the sustainable development of society. The paper first defined the residential differentiation and related theory, reviews the development of modern city living space in China and abroad, to understand the progress of theoretical research on residential differentiation, and summarizes the main influence factors of residential differentiation. Then described in detail the development process ofresidential space in Tianjin city, summarizes the morphological characteristics of different periods of Tianjin living space.
