盐城工学院本科生毕业设计说明书 2018 NE300-15板链提升机改进设计 摘 要：斗式提升机式一种常用的提升设备，有垂直式和倾斜式两大类。主要被矿山、冶金、建材、化工、煤炭等行业应用。本次设计将对NE系列板链式提升机进行了解分析，并结合课题要求，对NE系列板链式提升机进行改进设计，使其提升量达到320m3/h，提升高度达到15m。本文将对提升机改进设计的步骤及过程进行详细介绍。首先，基于其分类、装载卸载方式、提升机特点、技术规范、提升机的结构等方面的设计分析将被介绍。其次，文章将对提升机的提升能力，料斗容积等主要参数进行说明计算。文章主体涵盖斗式提升机传动系统的设计计算，包括电机选型、减速器选型、驱动方式确定、各传动部件的设计和功率计算。张紧装置、逆止器、箱体结构等其他装置的设计和选材也将被详细说明。最后对此类设备产生的问题进行分析并提出改进措施。提升机的安装要求很高，尾部、中间段、头部以及驱动装置都要按照相应的技术和国家规范进行安装调试以验证本次改进设计是否达到初定目标。 关键词：板链斗式提升机；料斗；牵引构件；驱动装置；张紧装置 盐城工学院本科生毕业设计说明书 2018 Improved Design of NE300 - 15 Chain Bucket Elevator Abstract: An Bucket Elevator is commonly used as lifting device,with two types are vertical and oblique.Bucket Elevator is mainly used in mining, metallurgy, building, materials, chemical industry and coal industry. This project will analyse the NE300 elevators and combine the design requirements which include the capacity of 320 m3/h with the lifting height of 15m. The content will demonstrate the detailed procedures and processed of bucket elevator improvement. Firstly, design analysis will be introduced which is based on its calcification, loading and unloading style, lifting characteristic, technical specification and the structure of bucket elevator. Secondly, calculation and demonstration towards main parameters of bucket elevator like lifting power and bucket capacity are introduced. The main content covers the calculation of bucket elevator’s transmission system including motor selection, retarder selection, driving method determination, design and power calculation of main transmission parts. The selection and calculation of other components like tensioning device, back stop and structure will be demonstrated in detail. The problems may caused by the elevator have given at the end part of the design, with the solution to solve them. The lifting machine has high installation requirement. The parts of its tail, middle section ,head and driving device should be installed and adjusted according to corresponding technical
