The paper summarizes the theoreticframeworkoftheperceptiongapofknowledge-sharingbetweenenterprises. Byusingsamplesofbothexploratory and affirmative factor analysis,that the perception gap between enterprisesis composed of4 dimensions and the theoretic framework ad- vanced are verified. During the analyzing process,by adopting qualitative research and the scale purification technology,the scale of the perception gapofknowledge-sharingbetweenenterprisesisdevelopedwithafavorablereliabilityandvalidity.
