Ministry of Manpower raises Omanisation rates 阿曼劳工部提高2010年各行业阿曼化比例MUSCAT — Shaikh Abdullah bin Nasser al Bakri, Minister of Manpower, has issued a ministerial decision on the percentage of Omani employees in a number of professions in the private sector, for 2009-2010. The decision comes in implementation of the Omanisation plan quoted in the communiqué of the 3rd Seminar on Employment of National Manpower. 阿曼劳工大臣发布2009—2010年私营领域阿曼化比例的部长令。The decision stipulates that private sector companies and establishments should implement the prescribed Omanisation rates. Each company/establishment has to submit its annual Omanisation programme to the Manpower Ministry before August 15 every year. Omanisation will be 50% in engineering professions, 70% for technicians and 80% in the category of skilled workers.
