· 858 · 硅 酸 盐 学 报 2008 年 第36 卷第6 期 硅 酸 盐 学 报 Vol. 36 ，No. 6 2 0 0 8 年 6 月 JOURNAL OF THE CHINESE CERAMIC SOCIETY J u n e ，2 0 0 8 凹凸棒石的改性及其在天然橡胶中的应用 胡 盛，杨 眉，沈上越，王 勇，刘甜甜，王 芳 ( 中国地质大学材料科学与化学工程学院，武汉 430074) 摘 要：采用乳液共混共凝法制备了凹凸棒石/天然橡胶复合材料(attapulgite/natural rubber composites，ANRC) ，并对ANRC 进行了表征。红外光谱分 析证实凹凸棒石得到了有机化改性。ANRC 的力学性能测试表明：当天然乳胶的含量适宜、改性凹凸棒石的填充量及改性剂的质量分数(下同)为 10%时，ANRC 的综合性能最好。与未添加填料的纯天然硫化胶相比，ANRC 的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和Shore A 型硬度分别提高了 175.4%，95.9% 和 104.2%。环境扫描电子显微镜分析结果显示：ANRC 结构致密，改性凹凸棒石基本上都呈纳米棒状且较均匀地分布在天然橡胶基体中，与基体 结合良好。 关键词：凹凸棒石；天然橡胶；改性；乳液共混共凝 中图分类号：P579 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0454–5648(2008)06–0858–04 MODIFICATION OF ATTAPULGITE AND ITS APPLICATION IN NATURAL RUBBER HU Sheng ，YANG Mei，SHEN Shangyue ，WANG Yong，LIU Tiantian ，WANG Fang (Faculty of Material Science and Chemical Engineering, China University of Geoscience, Wuhan 430074, China) Abstract: Attapulgite/natural rubber composites (ANRC) were prepared by co-coagulating rubber latex and clay aqueous suspension. The composites were characterized, and the modified attapulgite was investigated by infrared spectrum. Its mechanical properties suggested that the composites using modified attapulgite are the best when the concentration of rubber latex is appropriate; the dosage of modifying agent and modified attapulgite are both 10% .The tensile strength, tear strength and shore A hardness of the composites increased by 175.4%, 95.9% and 104.2%, respectively, compared with the natural rubber without any stuffing added. The structure of the ANRC shown by environmental scanning electron microscope is tight. Modified attapulgite inserted into the natura
