The design adopts object-oriented DL/T698.45 protocol and the dual core including metering core and management core. The dual core can be operated independently. And the software of management core supports remote upgrade and communication modes. New meters based on the design can adapt to the requirement of metering, communication and flexible electricity price in the future. With the OIML R46 International international Recommendation recommendation used in China, the new meters will be put into mass production with wide application prospect.
