With the reform and development of the judicial system, the principle of good faith in civil litigation can not be ignored, the principle of good faith is the judges discretion, to promote the development of justice, the value of the source. But we should also see that the principle of honesty and credit has the function of double-edged sword, if not the principle of good faith can be restricted, it may lead to the abuse of the principle of honesty and credit, so that damage the legal authority and legal system stability.
