ZSB-1油田注水泵及其系统性能测试综合试验台设计 摘要：注水泵属于通用机械的范畴，在能源经济的各部门应用十分广泛。注水 泵在供水系统中是实现动力循环的重要组成部分，是重要的辅机之一。为了实 现水泵的安全经济运行，提高注水系统的效率，必须掌握水泵基本原理、性能、 结构、及运行调节等方面的必要知识，掌握水泵性能试验技术。 为了测定注水泵的各项性能参数，进而绘制出泵的性能曲线，我设计了注 水泵性能测试实验台.可实现能动态模拟油田注水工况，进行动态试验；能实现 注水泵串并联工作、多级注水泵的拆级、增级工作及注水泵系统能耗测试及 节能分析的实验； 本次实验使用的多级泵为离心泵，型号分别为为MD12-25-5和MD12-25-7， 增压泵型号为KQL50/150-2.2/2,进出口管径均设计为57mm。通过操作本次实验， 我们可以熟悉离心泵实验装置的布置以及各种测试的操作方法，并且掌握实验 原理。通过对数据的处理以及离心泵性能曲线的绘制，可以加深对离心泵性能 的了解。 关键词：注水泵、性能参数、性能曲线、试验装置 Thedesignofcomprehensiveexperimentstageoftheinjectingpumpandits systemperformancetest Abstract InjectingPumpsbelongstothescopeofgeneralmachinery,intheenergy ： sources economy with a wide range of departments should.Injecting Pump in the water supply system power cycle is to achieve an important component of the auxiliaryisanimportantone.Inordertoachievesafeandeconomicoperationofthe pump, we must master the basic principles of pumps, performance, structure, and operational aspects ofregulating thenecessary knowledge andtechnologytomaster pumpperformancetest. ThestepspumpusedinexperimentalmodelisMD12-25-5andMD12-25-7,the pressure boost pump used in experimental model is KQL50/150-2.2/2,the pipe are designed to import and export of diameter 57mm.
