互联网金融时代银行服务模式创新探讨 ［摘要］近年来，信息科技发展迅猛，以互联化、数字化、智能化为标志的信息 技术创新呈现出深度融合，深刻地影响了人们的生活形态和行为方式，也同步改 变甚至颠覆了传统银行模式。随着互联网科技的普及，我国互联网金融发展迅猛。 互联网企业大举进军金融领域，不仅对银行业务经营形成直接的冲击，也对银行 经营管理模式产生深远的影响。本文基于商业银行视角，从互联网的角度对银行 经营模式进行了探讨。论文首先阐述了我国银行主要服务模式发展的困境；其次 分析了互联网金融对银行服务模式的影响；最后就互联网金融背景下银行创新服 务模式的改进提出对策建议。论文认为互联网金融必然对银行造成冲击，银行必 须主动加快与电商、外资金融服务公司深度合作的步伐，打造互利互惠的合作模 式。有选择性地运用于我国传统银行的管理中去，从而实现网络银行管理水平的 提高。 ［关键字］互联网金融银行服务模式模式与创新 Discussion on Innovation of Bank Service Models below InternetFinancial Times [Abstract] The information technology has developed rapidly in recent years. With a symbol of internetize, digitization, and intelligentize, information technology innovation shows a deep integration. It influences the lifestyles and behavior of people profoundly. Mean while, it cha nges or eve n subverts the traditi onal bank model. With the popularity of Internet tech no logy, Chin ese Internet fin ancial busi ness has blossomed at a fast speed. In ternet compa nies enter the financial sector in a large-scale. It not only impacts the banking business directly, but also makes a deep differenee in bank management modes.based on commercial banks, business modes of banks were discussed in the paper from the perspective of Inter net. Firstly, it clarifies the dilemma of progress of the domestic banks5 service modes? Secondly, it analyses Internet finanee effected on banks1 service modes? Lastly, some measure and advices for the improvement of banks5 innovative service modes, in the background of Internet finance. The paper argues it is in evitable that In ternet finance would be impacted on banks ? In that case, banks must take the initiative to seek a breakthrough by themselves and look for the corresp on ding policies actively.
