全套图纸加扣?3012250582 摘要 进给箱包括基本组、倍增组和移换机构三部分。基本组采用双轴滑移公用齿轮机构，由单一手柄操纵。它的操纵机构有拨动滑移齿轮的四副杠杆和控制杠杆的带槽手轮组成，可以实现进给箱的8级变速。倍增组和移换机构有其它两个手轮操纵，分别实现进给箱的纵向和横向进给。装配工艺过程是将钱全部零件装配成合格产品。装配工艺规程是装配工艺过程的装配文件。装配工艺过程有：准备阶段（了解装配装配图和技术文件、零部件间的相互连接关系、确定装配方法以及顺序等）；装配（指部件装配和总装配）；调试；后期处理（涂饰油漆等）。在装配和调试过程中，需反复进行精度检测。此次设计中，进给箱装配选择固定式装配。设计主要包括拆装基本技术和典型零部件拆装详解，以及拆装实训过程中常用的工具和检测设备。在零件按技术条件保证精度得前提下，机械的精度就取决于装配工艺。此次设计以CW6163进给箱为例，制作装配工艺规程。 关键词：进给箱 装配技术 装配工艺规程 Abstract Feed me, including a basic group, and double-shift for bodies of three parts.
