Multiple myeloma（多发性骨髓瘤） 鉴别点： 常见于40岁以上的男性 好发于有造血功能的骨骼 常有病理性骨折伴高钙、贫血和恶病质。 X线表现多个溶骨性破坏和广泛骨质疏松。40%以上的患者血尿中本-周蛋白阳性。 Chondrosarcoma（软骨肉瘤） 鉴别点： 常发于35岁以上，男性多于女性 好发于四肢的长骨和骨盆 X线下有散在沙粒样钙化点，肿瘤软骨钙化是其最具特征性表现。若见特征性肿瘤骨化和骨膜反应就可以排除此病。 良性骨肿瘤 恶性骨肿瘤 临床表现 局部肿块 局部肿块 生长缓慢 生长迅速 多无疼痛 疼痛（特别夜间痛） 对周围组织产生压迫 易病理骨折 功能障碍 影像学 界限清楚、密度均匀生长慢，压迫邻近组织，无转移 膨胀性，边界清，皮质变薄连续；无肿块影，有则边界清；一般无，病理骨折后可有，但不破坏 生长快。侵蚀邻近组织，有转移浸润性，边界模糊，皮质不规则破坏，瘤骨形成 不同形式的骨膜反应，可被肿瘤破坏形成肿块，分界不清 病理学 分化好异性性小，核分裂像无或者稀少，没有病理性核分裂像，生长速度缓慢，膨胀性生长，极少发生坏死、出血，不转移 分化不好，异型性大，核分裂像多，有病理核分裂像，浸润性生长，边界不清，多发生坏死出血，常有转移 Physical examination : the mild limping, right knee joint swelling and no abnormalities, not skin aglow, skin temperature is a little bit higher, no vein engorgement, right knee 10 cm range light tenderness, and knee mobility normal, right lower limb feel normal Movement.
