Section B2a-3b Learning?objectives: 1.Words and expressions: Learn the new words and expressions about lost things.(library, ask…for, find, some, classroom, call, lost, etc.) 2.Sentence patterns and the communicative functions: Learn and practice the?sentence patterns?(Is this…? Are these…?Ask…for…, Call sb. at…), and to use them to ask others for the lost things by writing notice. 3.Language skills and strategies: (1)Understand which kind of notice is Lost or Found, and know how to write a notice about Lost and Found when they find or lose something. (2)Practice writing notice correctly. 4.Cultural understanding?and learning strategies: (1)To learn about how to describe a notice about losing or finding school things in writing Lost and Found. (2)To master the ability in writing and understanding the notice Lost and Found. Teaching procedure: Stage 1?Revision(3minutes) Step 1 T reviews?the sentence patterns in Section A Grammar Focus, and leaks Ss to read them aloud together. Step 2 T reviews the conversation in Section A 2b by T presenting on the screen, and Ss read the them aloud. Stage 2 Lead in(3minutes) Step 1 T teaches new words in this lesson one by one, and Ss repeat the new words and Chinese meaning twice. Step 2 Ss finish the Section B 2a in 3 minutes by T’s guiding. Step 3 T invites two Ss to make examples of the easy losing school things, and writes down them one by one on Bb. Step 4 T checks the answers by presenting the picture of school things, and asks Ss ”What’s this? /What’s that?” on the screen. Stage 3 Reading activity(12minutes) Step 1 Ss read the four notices of 2b in 3minutes, and then finish circling the lost things in the notices. Step 2 T checks the answers by asking the all Ss, and presenting the right answers on screen one by one. Step 3 Ss read the notices again and finish exercise in 2c, and then T checks the answers by presenting on screen. Step 4 T explains the language points in the notices of 2b, and w
