·384 · 全科 医学 临床 与教育 20 17 年 7 月 第 15 卷第 4 期 Clinical Education of General Practice Jul. 20 17 ， Vol.15 ， No.4 ·论 著 · 尿有形成分检测联合应用干化学分析 在尿路感染诊断中的应用价值 岑恩光 [摘要] 目的 探讨尿有形成分检测和干化 学分析单独及联合应用在尿路感染诊 断中的应用价值 。方法 306例疑 似尿路感染患者的中段尿标本在全 自动尿有形成分分析仪和尿干化 学分析仪上联合检测 白细胞、细菌、白细胞酯 酶和亚硝酸盐，同时进行病原菌培养。计算其灵敏度、特异度 。 结果 以尿路感染临床诊 断标准为依据 ，白细胞、细 菌、 白细胞 酯酶和亚硝 酸盐联合应 用时，四项结果全部 阳性 的特异度 最 高（97.62% ），高于病原 菌培养 的特异度 2 （95.24% ），差异具有统计学意义（χ =7 1.08 ，P＜0.05 ）。 白细胞、细菌、白细胞酯酶和亚硝酸盐任一项阳性时，其灵敏 2 度最高（97.92% ），高于病原菌培养的灵敏度（95.83% ），差异具有统计学意义（χ =57.48 ，P＜0.05 ）。 结论 尿有形成 分检测和尿干化 学分析的联合应用提 高了尿路感染的检 出率，增加 了尿病原菌培养的针对性。 [关键词] 尿有形成分 ； 尿干化 学分析 ； 泌尿道感染 Application of urine formed elements analysis combined with dry chemical analysis in the diagnosis of uri鄄 ， ， ， nary tract infection CEN Enguang.
