长 春 工 业 大 学 人文信息学院 本科毕业论文 题 目: 电子商务在中小型企业的应用 系 别: 商 贸 系 专 业： 电子商务 姓 名: 韩冬 学 号: 指导老师: 陈晓园教授 摘 要 电子商务是运用数字信息技术，对企业的各项活动进行持续优化的过程。电子商务涵盖的范围很广，一般可分为企业对企业(Business-to-Business），企业对消费者（Business-to-Consumer），消费者对消费者(Consumer-to-Consumer），企业对政府（Business-to-government）等4种模式，其中主要的有企业对企业(Business-to-Business），企业对消费者（Business-to-Consumer）2种模式。随着国内Internet使用人数的增加，利用Internet进行网络购物并以银行卡付款的消费方式已日渐流行，市场份额也在迅速增长，电子商务网站也层出不穷。电子商务是一种新型的商务模式。电子商务的推广应用对中小型企业来说，既是机遇，也是挑战。如今，我国经济建设正处于高速发展时期，中小型企业作为社会的一种基本经济主体，作为支撑我国国民经济的重要力量，在我国经济持续稳定发展中具有不可忽视的作用。由于中小型企业电子商务的基础设施、人才技术、应用主体等层面都还没有形成较完整的体系，在开展过程中难免遭遇各种障碍。实施电子商务的风险更大，企业要有效地应用电子商务，就必须对其进行合理的战略规划。 本文论述了电子商务在中小型企业中应用这方面的问题。 关键词：电子商务 中小型企业 应用 Abstract Electronic commerce is using digital information technology, the enterprise all the activities of continually optimize process.
