PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 本设计方案创造性的适应了哈尔滨工业大学国家大学科技园大厦的总体规化。建筑的内容包括商业、办公、娱乐三大部分，建筑占据西大直街与瓦街、邮政街形成的三角地段内，内广场与内街的运用营造一个由外到内再到“外”的空间序列。项目由高层主体和六层裙房构成，商业部分和娱乐部分沿街布置，主体与商业即分又和，结成一体。 主体办公空间主要包括办公室、会议室、多功能厅和休闲空间，自七层至二十四层为办公楼，二十五层至三十层为宾馆。 裙房由六层商业和娱乐用房组成。 建筑的外观和细部设计延用了古典与现代相溶合的设计手法,运用新材料、新技术，在西大直街这条主要城市轴线上诠释着古典与现代的意义。 关键词 办公 商业 娱乐 内广场 内街 古典与现代 Abstract This architecture design adapt the total plan of the national college’s science and technology high-rise of The Harbin Institution of Technology.The building contains commerce,business and entertainments three parts.The building hold a triangle terra formed by xidazhi-street,wa-streetand youzheng-street.It’s inner square and inner street construct a series of from outside to inside and to “outside”. The building is composed of a main high-rise and a skirt-house of six floors. The commerce part and entertainment part near to two main street.The high-rise connects the skirt-house as a whole. The main official space contains office room, meeting room m ,meetingroom,multifunction and rest space.The official part is from the seventh to the twentyith floor.The hotel is from the twenty-fiveth to thirtyith floor. The skirt-house is made up of six floors commercial and entertainment space. The appearance and the fine spot engage the method of the combinationof classic and modern.New material and new technology is used.The building puts a new content to “the classic and modern on this street which is a city’s main axis.
