塑料壶内盖成型技术及注射模具设计 摘 要：本次主要是对塑料壶内盖盖注射模的设计, 要点是对塑件成型原理、原料选用和注射技术进行分析。通过根据产品的形状、尺寸、精度及表面质量所要求的分析结果，确定所需的注塑模具成型方案，制品的后加工、分型面的选择、型腔的数目和排列、成型零件的结构、浇注系统等。故设计中主要解决了分型面的选择，型腔数目的确定，为了保证塑件能顺利的成型出模，在脱模机构的设计中，采用了五次强行脱模机构来脱模。 关键词：内盖；脱模机构；注射模；低度密聚乙烯 Forming technology for plastic pot cover and injection mold design Abstract：The main design is graduate of lid injection mold.
