基于AVR 单片机的智能分度头研究

摘 要 ： 随着现代数控技术的不断发展 ，分度头技术不断成熟 ，类型众多 。 对于分度头的设计来说 ， 目前重点的工作是
如何实现传统分度头的智能化 ，从而提高工件在机床上加工的精确性 、稳定性以及便捷性 。 文中 主 要 介绍 了 如 何在
Atmega16 单 片机控制系统中实现分度头的智能化 ，并且设计了单片机的硬件电路 。 最后对智能分度头软件的实现进
行了编程 。

Abstract: With the continuous development of modern numerical control technology ， dividing head technology has matured
constantly and has many types. For the design of the dividing head ， the key work is how to implement the intelligent of the
traditional dividing head ， so as to improve the accuracy ， the stability and convenience in the machine tool processing. This
article mainly introduced how to implement the intelligent of the dividing head in the Atmega16 single chip microcomputer
control system ， and single chip microcomputer hardware circuit is designed. Finally ， the implementation of intelligent
idividing head software is programmed.
