西京学院专科毕业设计（论文） 第 PAGE 22 页 共 NUMPAGES 22 页 摘 要 本文研究了防暴盾牌的设计。利用优质透明聚碳酸脂PC材料透明度高，重量轻，抗冲击力强的特点设计制作，坚固耐用，能抵御除枪炮之外的投掷物和尖税器械、酸类的袭击，防护能力强，安装固定牢靠，操作方便，是执法人员执行任务时的优良 HYPERLINK /tjzb \t _blank 防护装备，经检测符合Q/WHJI16-2002《 HYPERLINK /tjzb/FangBaoDunPai/ \t _blank 防暴盾牌》、GA422-2003《 HYPERLINK /tjzb/FangBaoDunPai/ \t _blank 防暴盾牌》标准。防暴器盾牌是防暴警察或者公安干警等工作人员在执行治安防暴工作时的专用防暴武器，以达到有效快速地平定暴乱，解决危害公共安全的突发事件，维护社会公共秩序，保障社会和谐与安全。防暴盾牌可以在压制暴动、强制解散示威人潮等暴动事件的情况下，减免对双方的伤害，即在保护自身安全的同时，避免伤害到对方。无论是对防暴警察或是暴乱人潮来说，为了达到减少人员伤亡的情况发生，可以采用特殊的战术或队列，配备专业的防暴装备，以对付无武装人群或者低度武装人群，以求最低的伤害。经实际应用表明，稳定可靠，效果良好。 关键词：防暴盾牌；标准；材料 Abstract This paper studies the riot shield design. Riot device shield is riot police or policemen in implementing security personnel such as work of special riot riot weapons to achieve the effective quickly rioters, solve endangering public security emergencies, maintain public order, safeguard social harmony and security. Riot shield can suppress riots, mandatory dissolution demonstrations crowds etc, under the situation of riot events to both damage reduction, be in namely protect their own security while avoiding hurt each other. Regardless of whether the riot police or violence crowds speaking, in order to achieve reduce casualties occur, can use special tactics or queue, equipped with professional riot gear to deal with no armed crowd armed to the crowd, or low minimum damage.
