fold the clothes, sweep the floor, clean the living room ……
2. Sentences:

--Sure. / Sorry, I can’t. I have to finish my homework first.

Learn to be polite, help our parents with housework and make requests and ask for permission politely.

Step 1 Warming-up
Who is the busiest in your family? Your father, your mother or yourself?
Step 2 Preparation test.
1. Watch the photos and talk about them “What does he do every day?’ and learn these phrases: do chores, do the dishes, make the bed, take out the rubbish, fold the clothes, wash the clothes, clean the living room.
2.Memory challenge. Let students know: Love your parents. Help do the chores.
Step 3 Presentation.
Show sentences “Could you please do ... ?” to the students by using some pictures from “Where are you going,dad?”
Step 4 Pairwork .
Make conversations using the phrases or pictures.
A: Could you please …?
B: Yes, sure./Of course./certainly.
Sorry, I can’t. I have to do my homework.
Step 5 Listening 1b.
