山东科技大学学士学位论文 摘要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 城市埋地管道已经成为现代社会的一种重要基础设施。目前国内外城市中早期埋设的部分管道逐渐显现出漏失严重、破损频繁等问题，一旦管道发生失效破坏，后果将十分严重。因此，展开对埋地管道的失效机理研究，并得出合理的管道评价体系，为预测管道失效行为，合理制定修护或更换方案，变被动接受为主动管理提供一定的依据，具有重要的现实意义。 本文采用了理论分析、有限元数值模拟相结合的方法对埋地管道受力影响因素、金属管道腐蚀进行了研究；采用基于事故树的模糊风险评价方法对埋地管道进行评价，并应用VB语言编译程序，实现了管道评价的程序化。主要的内容和结论如下： （1）基于管道所受荷载模型，分析了土荷载、交通荷载、温度荷载等因素对管道失效的影响。 （2）通过有限元软件模拟，研究了腐蚀长度、宽度、深度对管道失效的影响，得出随着腐蚀长度、深度的增加，管道等效应力逐渐增大，随着腐蚀宽度的增加等效应力逐渐减小的规律。 （3）基于模糊风险评价理论对管道进行评价；应用VB语言，自行编译出评价程序并对管道进行预测。 关键词：埋地管道，失效机理，数值模拟，VB，模糊评价。 ABSTRACT The buried pipelines are important lifelines of modern urban infrastructure. At present the problem of deteriorating pipelines, resulting in leaks, breaks, is gradually emergying in the early laying of the pipeline. If the pipeline failure occurs, the consequences will be serious. Therefore, the failure mechanism of buried pipelines should be understood, and the reliability evaluation methords should be developed to predict the failure behavior of pipelines. Then it can provide a basis for developing or replacing the program reasonably, which can change from passive acceptance to active management and has important pratical significance. In this paper, the corrosion of metal piples and the force influencing factors for the buried pipeline is studied through combining theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation method. A buried pipe is assessed using the fuzzy risk evaluation methord based on the fault tree. The main contents and conclusions are as fllows: (1) The effect of soil load, traffic load, temperature load on the pipeline is studied based on the load model. (2) The effect of corrosion length, width, depth on the pipeline is studied based on the finite element software, drawing the conclusion that the stress will increase with the increasing corrosion length or the depth; the stress will decreases with the increasing corrosion width.
