探讨手法结合针灸治疗颈椎小关节错缝的临床观察 七台河市中医医院针灸推拿科154600 摘要：目的：研究分析手法结合针灸治疗颈椎小关节错缝的临床效果。方法：此 次研究的对象是选取120例颈椎小关节错缝患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析, 并按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组60例。对照组给予理疗、药物 治疗、颈椎牵引等方法治疗，研究组患者在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予中医针 灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、住院时间和牛活质量评分的差异。结果： 研究组治疗总有效率为93.3%,对照组为75.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义 (Plt;0.05)；研究组住院时间短于对照组(Plt;0.05)；研究组SF-36各维度评 分优于对照组(Pt;0.05)o结论：在理疗、药物治疗、颈椎牵引的基础上使用 中医针灸治疗颈椎小关节错缝效果突出，能促进患者康复，值得临床推广使用。 关键词：中医；针灸；小关节错缝；颈椎牵引 [Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical effect of combined acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on cervical facet joint dislocation. Methods： the study was con ducted in 120 cases of cervical facet joint dislocati on, the clin ical data were retrospectively analyzed, and were randomly divided into study group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group were given physical therapy, drug treatment, cervical traction and other methods of treatment, the study group patients in the control group on the basis of the treatment plan to give Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment. The differences of total effective rate, length of stay and quality of life were compared between the two groups?
