Abstract Abstract 万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Weather information is closely related to peoples life. Therefore, a weather information publishing system which is convenient and easy to use can bring the weather info to people in a timely manner, and can make people accurately grasp the information at any time which subsequently facilitate people to reasonably arrange the daily work or activities. From the technical perspective of view, GPRS provides a convenient wireless channel to send weather information for its low-cost and ease of user. Meanwhile, the popularity of 3G, smart phone and tablet make it be easy to know the weather information through mobile terminal and Internet. Finally, LED also becomes an important way to broadcast weather info because its durable and cost low. In this paper, we discuss the various technologies used to broadcast weather information on the conditions of the popularity of nowadays Internet and mobile communication based on deep analysis of the requirements weather info release and current situation. Whats more, we design and implement a convenient and easy-to-use weather release system. In the aspect of theoretical basis, the following contents are involved in this paper. First, the research status quo of weather information release is introduced. Subsequently, the modern mobile communication technology, especially GPRS and 3G, are introduced, and the GPRS and 3G communications business functions and advantages are emphatically discussed. Then, the principle and technology of LED display are dicussed from the aspects of characteristics of LED, LED display screen structure and signal control the LED display. To prevent others to post weather information at random, the safety of the weather information is taken into resideration and the relevant technology of the information security is introduced.
