Since the concept of social networks proposed, the Western scholars on a series of theoretical and empirical research, the theory makes toward maturity. A large number of studies have shown that the relative social networks play an important role. In the perspective of social network analysis, conversion is the most common occupational into the question, which was investigated by the largest group of migrant workers. Many scholars survey shows that for many farmers for the use of informal social network access to career status. However researchers of rural farmers within the occupational conversion problem are lack of concern. Keywords: Social network; Occupational acquisition; Migrant workers 社会网络研究通过对关系数据的收集和分析来揭示社会结构，是目前为止对结构研究最有力的工具，其独特之处在于可以深刻揭示社会结构与个体行为之间的关系。从社会支持网络的角度研究职业获取行为，是一种新型的有效的研究视角，也是该领域研究中关注的一个重点。我国研究者们在职业流动方面已经做了大量研究，然而其中的大部分研究都将调查对象局限在城市务工农民和下岗职工上，对农村地区的研究尚不足够。 一、社会网络的概念 “社会网络分析”是西方社会学的一个重要分支，它出现20世纪30年代并在最近二十多年里得到重要发展，是研究社会结构的最新研究范式和视角，其实证能力在社会学理论中具有独到之处。 著名的人类学家布朗是最早开始关注“社会网络”概念的学者，他在对社会结构的关注中，以非技术的形式提出了“社会网络”的思想。[1]但是，在布朗的研究中，网络的
